Repository bootstrapped and the specification made public
The site exists, the specification is public, and nothing can be bought.
The repository is in place: a Hugo site with hand-written layouts, a product catalog held as data rather than as prose, the nine evidence domains of the audit product, a draft report schema, and the boundary list describing what the runner will never be allowed to do.
Two decisions are worth recording because they will be tempting to reverse.
The specification is published before the implementation. The nine domains, the severity rubric, and the JSON schema are on the site now, while the runner does not exist. That makes the eventual product checkable against a written promise made in advance, and it makes any quiet narrowing of scope visible.
No price appears anywhere. Pricing is published at the moment checkout opens. A price on a page with no checkout behind it is a marketing device, and the whole positioning of this business is that the page is the offer.
What is not built: the audit runner, the artifact packaging, delivery, and checkout. Those are gates three through six on the launch page.
