WEA honest v1 contract freeze
contract_id wea-v1-honest-freeze: every public check is implemented or explicitly not_covered; decision #3 sellable surface frozen.
The public Website Evidence Audit contract now matches what the runner actually does.
data/audit_checks.yaml carries stable check IDs with status: implemented or
status: not_covered. The interactions domain is published as coverage
not_covered and sellable: false. Eight domains remain on the sellable list:
rendering, accessibility, seo, privacy, asset-integrity, links, console, and
remediation. The product catalog still has every item available: false and
price_published: false.
Agreement is enforced by runner/tests/test_wea_audit_contract.py: every public
implemented finding id must exist in the runner, every runner finding id must be
published, and not_covered ids must not emit findings. Product copy, README,
SECURITY, architecture docs, and ADR-0018 state the same freeze.
What this closes
The gap between marketing-domain prose and shipped check_id values for WEA v1.
What remains open
Ownership proof, paid checkout, live commercial delivery, and demo origin health restoration. Expanding sold domains (including interaction probes) requires a superseding decision, not a quiet copy edit.
